100 million Facebook users' information was free for download on file-sharing service Bittorrent along with pirated music and the token legal material. Canadian security researcher, Ron Bowes discovered that this happened by downloading 2.8 GB of Facebook information. All of this data is available because of Facebook's open share system. And it's perfectly legal, reminding users that once they put information out there, it's REALLY out there.SOURCE: The Guardian Stay updated on our reviews and news through our Facebook page |
